What is the
Eversource Challenge?
The Eversource Challenge is a program for K–12 students living in an Eversource community. It invites students to showcase their knowledge on saving energy, energy-efficient technologies, and sustainability through various challenges.
ELIGIBLE TOWNS
The Eversource Challenge is open to all students in grades K–12 in towns served by Eversource in Massachusetts (see “List of Eligible Communities”, below). The program offers grade-specific challenges ranging from poster-making for first graders to persuasive imagery for high school students. We encourage teachers and administrators to promote the program in their classrooms and schools. To see the challenge for each grade, visit our assignments section.
Registration for the Eversource Challenge opens on January 6, 2025. If you want to be notified when registration opens please fill out the short form below.
Awards Ceremony
At the end of the program, finalists from each grade are honored with a special awards presentation.
